The toboggan run from Oeschinensee to Kandersteg no longer exists. It is permanently closed due to the risk of rockfall from the "Spitze Stei" (further information: Spitze Stei (gemeindekandersteg.ch)) is permanently closed.
The Oeschinensee can be reached by sledge from the mountain station, but the way back down to the valley is by Cable car . The valley descent may not be used by sledges. A sledge run is available for children in Oeschiland, the magic carpet may be used by guests with sledges.
