From the mountain station of Cable car , the direct path leads to Oeschinensee in 30 minutes. The walk over the Läger takes around 40 minutes and is rewarded with a fantastic view. As soon as the lake is frozen and the ice is thick enough to walk on, you can enjoy the unique panorama on the ice walk on Oeschinensee . In winter, a snowshoe trail leads from Kandersteg to Oeschinensee (approx. 1.5 hours from Kandersteg).
