Can I change my ticket with a timeslot booking to an earlier date?

Yes - this is possible in exceptional cases on advance request to our helpdesk, but it can only be done on site at the Info Center at the valley station. Online rebooking to an earlier date is not possible. Please inform us of your rebooking request at our helpdesk in advance and visit the Info Center at the valley station on the day of your visit to exchange your ticket.
