Why is my booking shown as canceled?

Due to a technical error, your booking appears incorrectly as canceled. However, your tickets and boarding passes remain valid and still entitle you to visit Lake Oeschinen on the originally booked date.

If there is a waiting time at the valley station, please contact the staff directly. Show your original booking confirmation - this will give you priority access to the Cable car.
