The Cable car is wheelchair-accessible, access to the gondolas is at ground level. The electric shuttle from the mountain station to Oeschinensee can transport one wheelchair per trip. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located at the valley and mountain stations and at the mountain hotel Oeschinensee.
In winter, the wheelchair-accessible toilets at the mountain station and at the mountain hotel Oeschinensee are only accessible via the piste or hiking trail in the snow.
